These interactive webinars are ideal for new users wanting to build confidence with hydraulic calculations, as well as more experienced users looking to strengthen their understanding of the HYENA⁺ platform. Each workshop includes practical, worked examples and live Q&A. Attendees will receive a CPD Certificate for 4 hours per workshop.

A walkthrough of the fundamentals, common input screens, and how to set up and review a calculation in HYENA⁺. Covers:

Hydraulic calculation basics
The Hazen-Williams and Darcy Weisbach methods
Preparing a node diagram and considerations for numbering
Setting up a HYENA⁺ calculation and sense-checking your results

HYENA⁺ Workshop Two

A look at the more advanced features of HYENA⁺, reinforced through more complex worked examples. Covers:

Setting up a calculation using the Grid function, and customising further with Xpan
Adding pressure control and backflow prevention devices
Selecting pipe materials and using custom data
Best ways to analyse the results
