Currently, CAMEL+Cnect relies on Revit Spaces being set up correctly in the model before starting the CAMEL+Cnect workflow. This can require a level of Revit experience, and becomes a challenge if zoning changes need to be made after the workflow has already begun. To make this process easier, we’re introducing the new Cnect Room Editor. Built directly into the CAMEL+Cnect interface, it allows users to merge, split, rename and adjust rooms (including room heights) – making room management more flexible and ensuring it is aligned with your HVAC design intent.
This release also marks a milestone for CAMEL+Cnect as a whole. Since launching Early Access in April, we’ve introduced a steady stream of updates, including interface refinements based on user feedback, improved detection algorithms, and full Revit 2025 support. With the Cnect Room Editor on the way, we’ll soon be bringing our Early Access period to a close. If you’ve been considering signing up, now is the time to do so before the 40% Early Access discount ends.
